This notice explains how Pacc Bricks collects and uses information when you browse our storefront, place an order, contact us, or join our email list.
Information we collect
We collect information you choose to provide, such as your email address, contact details, order details, shipping information, and messages to customer support. The storefront also uses essential technical data needed to operate the cart, checkout, security controls, and cookie preferences.
Email marketing
When you join our email list, we use your email address to send product releases and occasional offers. The signup does not require a password or an account setup step. Shopify stores the subscriber profile and marketing-consent status on our behalf. We also process pseudonymous security counters to prevent automated or abusive signups.
You can withdraw your consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link in a marketing email or by contacting us. Withdrawing consent does not affect order or service messages that are necessary to complete a purchase.
How we use information
We use information to provide the storefront, process and fulfill orders, prevent fraud and abuse, respond to requests, improve our products and services, and send marketing when you have chosen to receive it.
Service providers
We use service providers such as Shopify for commerce and email subscriber management and Supabase for application data and security controls. These providers process information according to their agreements with us. Checkout and payment providers receive the information needed to process your purchase.
Cookies and measurement
Essential storage keeps the store and cart working. If you accept marketing cookies, we may use Meta tools to measure advertising performance. You can change this choice at any time using the Cookie preferences button in the footer.
Retention and your choices
We retain information for as long as needed for the purposes described here, including legal, accounting, security, and dispute-resolution needs. You may ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information, subject to applicable exceptions.
